Thanks for those who read my post. whoever you are, I appreciate the time you spent reading my thoughts.

It's been several years now since I stopped doing Christmas decorations. No trees. No lanterns. No signs. Just the postcards that I receive. I tape them to my dining area wall in a shape of a Christmas tree. Living alone in apartment can be sad during these holidays. And there were a lot of Christmases where I find myself alone in my apartment staring outside the snowy view. It just reminds me of how other people are so happy with their families. With their presents. And the joyful memories of Christmas past is outweighed by my depressing feeling of being alone every freakin Christmas.

But someday, maybe, there will be someone whom I can share these future holidays who is physically present with me. The Christmas spirit is not lost with me. Only on hiatus.

Well, I've had this blog site for years but I don't feel compelled to write anything. This is just for me and whoever accidentally discovers this site. With that in mind, should I freely drop names or should I still be cautious? I better still be coz who knows who ends up finding my blog.

So, I guess this is the last time numbers will align in our calendar date. A rare moment or instance in mankind's history. So, I'm glad that I'm alive when it happened. 12-12-12...a special day like 11-11-11, 10-10-10, 09-09-09 ( a special one for me since my birthday is Sept 9), 08-08-08 (another special day, Beijing Olympics Opening, and the day I accepted the job offer from Progressive Insurance), 07-07-07, 06-06-06, 05-05-05, 04-04-04, 03-03-03, 02-02-02, 01-01-01. All seems vague now on what I was doing on some of those days but nevertheless, I was part of it. History.

And so it goes ...
